Cloud Website is published, but stopped working today
Hi,
I need to communicate privately with support, not in the public board.
(you need to make private tickets available in your support system).
I have a website that´s been published using my Cloud account for some time now. Out of the blue, it´s stopped working. I have checked the DNS in my GoDaddy account, and the settings inside Brizy, and it´s connected-showing Green, all ok.
But the site is down, and it seems the problem has to do with the SSL certificate. Need urgent assistance.
