All licences have expired

I am all paid up to date but all my WP licences are expired. Please renew them and stop this happening in future

  Hi James,

  Sorry; we do not offer support during weekend. Hence the delayed reply.

  If you renew your subscription before the expiry, usually the WP licenses do not expire. I have now extended validity of your licenses to 14, Aug 2023.

  AGAIN all my WP Licences have expired yet you AUTOMATICALLY took money like every month. 
  
  If you cannot correct this to automatically renew I will need to cancel!

  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This problem is caused by a defect in our system. We have manually extended the validity of your license. We are working on a solution that will automatically extend your license validity upon subscription renewal.

  Hi James,

  We have extended the validity of your licenses for one more month. For majority of users, automatically extending license validity upon subscription renewal works well. It is unfortunate that this did not work for you three months in a row.

  To prevent the recurrence of this problem, we have updated your Stripe record. To the best of our knowledge, this problem shouldn't come up again in the next month.
