Brizy Cloud Sites publish a white page.

When I publish and/or preview my sites on Brizy Cloud all I see is a white page. What gives?

I´m in the publish mode not in the draft mode.

  Thank you for contacting us.

   The blank page occurs when the page is saved in DRAFT mode, If you have seen this, please Publish the page, click on the Update, and after this on the Preview.

  Hi Nea,

  I‘m in the Published tje Page, i‘m not in the Draft Mode but it‘s the same.

  The Page to Connect wirh my Custom Domain is just white and all i write in the subdomain that creates an error.

  Thats my Page

  Hi Nelea,

  on the automaticelly generated Subdomain it works, but i want to publish on my custom domain and then it shows me only a white page if i click publish with custom domain.

  Hello,

  We have checked your account and everything is working well, both publishing options are ready to be used, please see this screenshot from your account. Can you please try this:  log out from your account and then login back ? Then check if the issue still occurs.

  Hello,

  I´ve logt out from my account and then login back and i´ve delete the cache from my browser but it doesnt work. At the Moment i clicked on publish on custom domain it seems like the picture only white site.

  The Subdomain Option don´work too. I text anything else on it but it generated any time an error.

  Can you please check in another browser or incognito mode, do you have the same issue ? When we are checking your cloud dashboard everything is working well.

  Hi,

  I‘ve checked on Google Chome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Firefox but nothing works. I‘ve checked also the incognito mode too but it don‘t works.

  I‘ve checked on different Laptops Macbook, Windows in no one it works.
