Error Report - 500 Internal Server Error on Custom Post Types and Login Features - Websites Are DOWN

Dear Support,

I am writing to report an error that I have encountered while accessing the cloud. The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error" and this has affected the custom post types and login features causing all sites using those feature to also display this error.

I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. The login page (https://www.brizy.cloud/guest/login) is also down, which is causing an inconvenience.

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE:

As soon as I finally take the effort to post this error report then suddenly everything starts working again.

  Hi Johnathon,

  Thanks for reporting this error. We had this error for few minutes. It started working again now. You should be able to access your Dashboard now.
