Thank you for responding. My page only seems to work when “www.” Is before and not without. How do I resolve this?

    It says “page not configured”

On Safari it says it cannot establish a secure connection, even on other peoples devices. It won’t even work with the www prefix on safari, says it cannot establish a secure connection.

    Hi Jessica,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

The issue as described does not occur at my end, as demonstrated on this screencast:  https://youtu.be/66G_kVT1k6Y
The issue could be related to the cache on Safari, could you please try it in incognito mode and see if this helps?
With Safari open on your Mac, select File from the top menu bar, and then choose New Private Window. You can also input the keyboard shortcut Shift + Command + N.

Or you can also try using another browser.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Thank you for prompt response. Unfortunately, in incognito it still says project not configured in chrome and safari

Also, on DNS lookup it says orlandomuralco.com doesn’t have a CNAME record. Not sure if that helps

The issue only happens when I leave out the “www.”

With it, it works beautifully. But most people don’t type in the “www.” Without it the site says “project not configured” on every browser on every device I’ve asked people to experiment with. I clear my cache and go incognito. Without the “www.” It DOES NOT WORK. I need my site to work both ways. Thank you.

I paid a DNS expert to look into it and they found these articles where you guys helped others with this issue on your end, because I seem to have configured everything properly on my end. Hope this helps!
