"Custom Video" always cuts off a bit.

Hello!

I have a video that is in windowed mode and a bit cut off. In full screen, it works. It works in windowed mode when I use some padding configuration, but then it cuts it off in full screen.

 

I tried every config i found .

  And I have a second issue.

  The video is cut in phone mode when I use full screen.

  What can I do to change it or block the full screen on the mobile device?

  Your video looks the screenshot below on a desktop. On a mobile, the video looks like the screenshot at this link https://jmp.sh/P0YCeGlO  On both desktop and mobile, your video looks fine. If you like, you can also remove the video controls here

  Thanks for the reply. On the desktop screenshot it looks like this when you don't play it, but when I press play, it's like it zooms in a bit inside, so I don't see the whole video.

  Hi Elias,

  I have changed the aspect ratio of your video to 21:9. Please check if the whole video is visible within the viewport.

  Thanks it work Thanks!!! , but if i und do the controlls, it cuts the top off.

  Hi Elias,

  I have set the ratio back to 16:9 without the controls. Please check  if all parts of the video are visible within the viewport.
