Anchor Links From Main Navigation To A Block

Hey, I am trying to add anchor links from my main navigation to a specific block but I can't seem to make it work. Please tell me if this is possible. Many thanks, Ben

  If you create a custom link, you can add an external link (to another site or page from another site), also you can add an anchor link from the current site.
