problem font performence

Hi ! 

We're having a problem loading a font on a website.
The font was added using the tool for adding a new font. The file is in .tff format.
Unfortunately, it takes about 3 seconds to load.

I can't understand the problem.

  Hi Romain,

  For best results, the font you upload should follow the same format as Google fonts. The TTF font you have added may have a slightly different format compared to Google fonts. 

  Can you try using a font downloaded from https://fonts.google.com/? For instance, please download the Berkshire Swash font from https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Berkshire+Swash and add it to Brizy, apply the font on a page and check if the font loading issue gets resolved.

  If it works fine, you may want to choose a font that looks similar to Maille from Google Fonts.

  Thank you for your reply. I'll test your solution to see.

  But according to your feedback, this means that we can't add other font than a font from Google Font? Because otherwise we risk having performance problems?

  You can add TTF font from any provider who develops fonts following the TTF protocol. Please have a look at this video for a more detailed explanation. https://jmp.sh/zXnn1ADo
