    Hi Christian,

    Thank you for contacting us.

This issue occurs when there is a hidden simple block positioned above the global block.

This problem will occur if the page has the following structure:

    • Simple block
    • Global block
    • Simple block (and so on for the remaining blocks)

To address this issue, it is important to adhere to the following structure:

    • Global blocks should be placed first (as global blocks take precedence)
    • Global block or simple block can follow

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello,

I am having the same issue with a number of websites. All plugins are up-to-date and I have two global blocks at the top, simple blocks following then global blocks at the bottom.

Can you suggest a way to resolve this?

    Thanks,

    Hi Julia,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Kindly share the URL with us so we can inspect your site. We will keep the link private.

In the meantime, please try isolating this issue by temporarily disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if you can reproduce the issue? If you haven't tried this yet, please do so and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
