page stopped scrolling

Hi, I have no idea how this happened, but this particular page no longer scrolls. I cannot use the arrouse, mouse, touch - anything, to scroll down the page...and I have not added any css or other code to prevent it. all other pages of the site work fine. No clue what to do. Please help when you have a chance: https://www.kineoasis.com/programs

  Hi Ariel, so I determined that it was a Brizy popup that had an iframe inside. once the button no longer linked to the popup, the page scrolled again. not sure why. The popup itself was the one that's part of the brizy builder.. The iframe was a form for people to complete.
