    Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

I assume that you are on Windows 11? If so, would you kindly consider updating Chrome to the latest version (Version 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit))? Additionally, if the issue persists, you may want to attempt editing your pages in incognito mode.

We have received reports from other users who encountered a similar problem, and they managed to resolve it by using Firefox. It would be greatly appreciated if you could give it a try and let us know if it works for you.

I am looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi Ariel, I have tried all three of your ideas: on FireFox, on the latest version of Chrome, and on an incognito tab.

    The problem is persisting.

Please help me, this is very critical as I have several clients who are expecting sites.

I truly hope this can be immediately addressed, thank you.

    Hi Jennifer,

I am glad you could finally solve the issue by disabling McAfee antivirus. I hope you can continue to use Brizy Cloud without interruption now.

    Hi Kayrol,

Please disable these one by one in your computer and check if it makes a difference

    • Any antivirus software like McAfee, AVG etc.
    • Any browser extension which can interfere with other software like malware protection, ad blocker etc.
    • Firewall like Windows Defender

Try accessing Brizy Cloud from a different computer and see if you are able to upload images. Please also try using a different browser.

    Hi Peter,

If you are hosting with GoDaddy, please check if you have enabled GoDaddy CDN. You can follow instructions on this page. https://in.godaddy.com/help/enable-or-disable-my-cdn-40921

Disable the CDN and check if you are able to upload images to your Brizy page. Once you update your website, you can enable the CDN again.

Thank you for your response, however, disabling CDN did not help. The issue is still there.

I'm quite disappointed that I can not add an image, a simple action is somehow blocked, how can I purchase Brizy if there is such an issue?

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

Can you share the URL of the site you're currently working on? Additionally, could you provide more details about the file you're attempting to upload? Specifically, the file size and type would be helpful.

I am looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

To possibly resolve the issue you're facing, could you try turning off GoDaddy's CDN by following the steps outlined in this link:
    https://in.godaddy.com/help/enable-or-disable-my-cdn-40921

Otherwise, this is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

    Hi Peter,

When inspecting your website using the Chrome DevTools, I see that your website is still being deployed on the secureserver.net CDN which is from GoDaddy. Have a look at a sample URL of a JavaScript file on your website https://8hf717.n3cdn1.secureserver.net/wp-content/themes/neve/assets/js/build/modern/frontend.js?ver=3.7.5&time=1706607246  Please also have a look at this screenshot https://jmp.sh/B2fXMBtN

Please check and confirm that the CDN is disabled. You could use the tool https://www.cdnplanet.com/tools/cdnfinder/ to check if your website is being deployed through SecureServer.net. After confirming it, please try uploading images using Brizy again.

Hi KC George, right now my CDN is enabled, however, yesterday when I disabled the CDN and insert images it did not work so I enabled it again

    Hi Peter,

Please disable the CDN again and send us the credentials as Ariel has suggested above. You can enable it again after we have looked at your website.

Unfortunately as of today I am having the problem again. This seems to be happening off and on for months now even though I have changed nothing on my end. It is really frustrating as I have work that clients are expecting to be completed.

    Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

A few users have managed to resolve this problem by altering their DNS, which could potentially be a solution for you as well. Kindly follow the instructions provided in this link to transition to Google DNS on your operating system.
    https://www.techbout.com/switch-to-google-dns-windows-mac-1022/

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
