Unfortunately I can't answer your question 100%. If I log in with my username micha.mohr@cafekoer.de, both subscriptions are displayed in the dashboard (see screenshot)
I can't tell you under which subscription the two sites are running:
www.cafekoer.de
www.koer-coffee-catering.de
If both sides only run under the personal subscription, we can also end the freelancer subscription. :)Thanks for helping.

Hi Micha,
We have cancelled your Personal subscription and it will expire tomorrow. Your Freelance subscription is active and you can continue to work on both your projects.
