  As per our records, you bought the Personal Brizy Cloud plan on June 15, 2022. Please see the details of the plan you bought below. Your subscription was renewed a month ago on June 15, 2023.  

  

  There is no lifetime plan associated with your email  simons1997@........... If you bought a lifetime plan using another email, please let us know your account email. You could also check your inbox for emails from help@paddle.com for a purchase confirmation. We need any of these details to track your purchase.
