Background for Blocks Do Not Load

Changing or Adding a Picture Background to a Brizy Block:

I can pick the image I want in the background, but Brizy does not load the image; the image selection remains empty even though an image was selected.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please try the following and see if this will help:
    1. Ensure that you already have the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro – https://i.imgur.com/NJ8x1Cx.png
    2.  Please try using another browser and see if this makes any difference.
    3. If the above steps didn't help, try disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro, and check if it solves the issue.  If it does, start enabling the rest of the plugins one at a time as you test your site until the issue comes back.  This will help you determine which plugin is causing this conflict. If you have JetPack or similar optimization plugins, try to disable them first.
    3. Also, try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this helps.
    5. In addition, please verify that you have PHP v8.0 or higher and the PHP Memory limit is at least 256MB.  Please refer to this guide – https://i.imgur.com/z8x9w8Q.png.
    In case you have an older version of PHP or the memory limit is lower than 256MB, please contact your hosting provider, so they can update this for you.
