Image slider not showing on desktop

hello, i have an urgent issue. i created a banner slider on my WordPress website but the images are not showing at all but they display on mobile though.

Please i need urgent help in getting this resolved.

  on the backend i created an image slider that only shows up on mobile but doesn't show up on desktop.

  I don't know if this is the same issue I was having, but I discovered today that if you choose a size in the drop down and don't leave the image on "Custom" that the image will display on desktop. I haven't figured out why that is, but it worked for me. 
  
  I downgraded 2 versions AND disabled all plugins save basic free Brizy and nothing worked until I selected a size from the drop down. (image attached)
