    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I am encountering difficulties in conducting further testing on your website because of the language difference. Could you please switch the language temporarily to English to facilitate a more thorough investigation? Nevertheless, I tried this in my test environment, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue.
This is demonstrated on this screencast:  https://youtu.be/p3PO5AnQKEw

To troubleshoot further, would you mind testing with a different theme to see if the issue persists?
Additionally, I recommend temporarily deactivating all plugins, except for Brizy, on your WP Multisite to determine if there is a conflict with other plugins.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Plz don't use network admin, create a new user with only admin

i deactivated everything including cache. it's still the same. it's brizy issue i think.

-- even though I am admin. but for super admin, the embed works fine. --

I have mentioned this, to reproduce, you need to create an admin, but super admin, super admin works fine

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

By default, WordPress Multisite grants super admins the ability to manage network-wide settings, providing them with the highest level of access and control over the entire network. As super admins, they have the capability to add scripts, CSS, and HTML to the network's theme. To address this issue, it is necessary to assign super admin privileges to the user for the network—https://i.imgur.com/lMGCZ9n.png

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    ......

can you be responsible for what you said? in my first question, you already stated, super admin works fine, but not regular admin. you ignore that. so we keep that conversation back and forth for you to reproduce the issue.

so that you reproduce it, you again, fail to understand my question?  ---

what is the permisison needed for regular multisite user to use brizy embed? --- have you read this?

I already told you what is the issue and my question is super specific,

---To address this issue, it is necessary to assign super admin privileges to the user for the network--

you said this like I don't know super admin works?

you do think you can grant super admin privileges for every user on your network? try asking your company to give you highest permission?

have you even try this with you team? do you want me to report this case?

    Hi,

Sorry about that, you were right.  I tried to reproduce the issue in the Gutenberg editor, and it does not remove rowspan="2" in the table.

I will submit this matter to our senior support team for their thorough review, and get back to you as soon as I have an update.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

isn't that just permission issue? why not just confirm with theme with permission needed for such action?

    Hi,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

Regrettably, I have yet to receive an update. However, a senior colleague of mine has discovered a solution to address this problem.

To achieve the desired outcome without super admin access, you can modify the HTML within the Gutenberg editor. By creating a template for the specific page and using the content element, you can display the table.

This is demonstrated on this screencast—https://youtu.be/QVbWkKeL_vQ

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,

    Ariel H.
