Hello...

I am having this ER_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR error for a Brizy Cloud site with this custom domain name:

www.ilportaledellafiducia.it 

What do I need to do to fix it?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We checked your site and found that you didn't set up the  CNAME. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the CNAME? After this, all the records in the project settings should bee green, this is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.

  Hi,

  Yes, you can delete domain and star again, but please follow all the steps from the above article. Also, in order that the SSL should be generated, all the records in the project settings should be green.
