Hi Alexander,
Please install and activate the theme 'Twenty Twenty One' or any of these https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners and you will be able to see the Menus options under Appearance.

Hi Val,
When you install and activate a theme other than Twenty Twenty Three or Twenty Twenty Two, you should find the menu option under Appearance. Please see this video: https://jmp.sh/RqntRPBt
If this does not work at your end, please check with your hosting company. If they are unable to help, then we will take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to help you with this issue.

Are you saying to activate any twenty template then install a new template? What does theme partners have to do with Brizy? I have tried installing starter and pro templates and some templates on the Brizy site have a menu under appearance and some don’t?
How does anyone know which template works or not and we have to buy partner memberships? I’m so lost I’m getting ready to dump this program. For $300 bucks I expect a lot more help than what I’m reading. This is very confusing. How does Brizy menus work to create a website? This is my 9th attempt to find a template to work.

Hi Richard,
The 'full site editing experience,' which employs blocks to edit all components of a website, is being gradually released by WordPress. In full site editing, you add and edit any part of a page using blocks, including widgets and menus. When you choose a WordPress theme that supports full site editing, the Menu option in the WordPress admin sidebar will be absent from the Appearance menu. Twenty Twenty Three and Twenty Twenty Two themes offer support for full site editing and hence you will not find the Menu option under Appearance with these themes. (If you get confused, you may want to delete these two themes)
A few handpicked WordPress themes that work well with Brizy may be found at https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners Because the themes featured here do not support full site editing, they have the Menu option under Appearance. Feel free to use any theme listed here. A lot of Brizy users prefer the theme Blocksy.
"How does anyone know which template works or not and we have to buy partner memberships?" There is no such thing as a partner membership. All of the themes listed above are free to use and do not require a subscription to use it along with Brizy.
We're sorry to hear about the problems you're having with Brizy. When you say, "This is my 9th attempt to find a working template," what specifically isn't working when you install a template?
Feel free to checkout the tutorial here to get a basic idea on using Brizy. https://www.brizy.io/create-local-gym-landing-page

I have been trying to get the Pro theme Politiko working but there is no way to address the menu issues. In each case when I have tried to use after or pro template which has now been 9 of them: the header and footer menus are either somewhat or not at all editable.
I have to remove Wordpress 6.3 reinstall Wordpress,Brizy, and Brizy pro. I have spent hours trying workin on the free or pro templates at Brizy.
But know I should be using themes from partners? What are the selections I only see download a zip file on these sites. I really do not understand.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for the update, and I apologize for the difficulties you're experiencing.
To better assist you with this issue, it would be helpful if we could reproduce the problem on our end. Could you please provide us with a short screencast demonstrating the steps you are taking to edit the menu using your current theme? This will allow us to have a clearer understanding of the issue you're facing.
In addition, I tried to find information about your theme "Pro theme Politiko" but it seems that there are several similar themes with the same name. To locate the theme developer information, you can follow these steps:
- Log into your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Appearance” tab in the left sidebar. This is where you will find your Theme information. Please take a screenshot and send it to us.
Once we have the screencast and the specific details about your theme, we will be better equipped to provide you with an accurate solution.
I am looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
