Can not reduce size of textfield

I can not reduce the size of a textfield more then the setting let me do. There´s a lot of white space in the texfield to the left I want to reduce but it is not possible, can not change to lesser hight: see image:

  That works great thnks! No other problem occurs. I can not put the white textfield in front of the picture just like the second row:
