Updates are not being made to the live site on mobile

About 10 hours ago, I made an update to the mobile view of the blog template that I made. For some reason, it is not updating even after clearing all of the caches on Siteground and my browsers. As you can see below, the live mobile view doesn't have a header, and the brizy template does.
