Product description doesn't open in product page

Hello Brizy,

The Product description doesn't open on the product page in Wocommerce. The problem is connected to the Brizy Plugin, I deactivated all plugins except Brizy it was the same ok.

Another Problem is that in Template/Brizy I created a product page template, I use Tabs for the product description with Content and one more about the collection with text. in the front end is ok.

but there is a bug in the site.

  Hi Reyhaneh,

  When you say the "the Product description doesn't open" what exactly do you mean? Do you mean that under Products  - Edit, you see the heading 'Product Description' but you can't add a description? https://jmp.sh/WFctwUGP Can you provide a screenshot which covers a bigger part of your screen so we can understand the problem better? 

  Can you also share a URL of one of your products so that we can see the error?

  Hi Reyhaneh,

  I checked your URL; I could not see the error in the product pages. Is the single product template error only in the Brizy editor?

  The WooCommere Product Description problem may not be related to Brizy. It appears that you are having both issues in the editor. To solve these for you, we'll need access to your project. Please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard if you need assistance with this. My email: kc.george@brizy.io.   Thank you, I sent you an invitation email to access my project. I am saying the error is connected to Brizy, because I deactivated all plugins except Brizy and the product description appeared.

  Hi Reyhaneh,

  The reason why the product descriptions are missing in WooCommerce products is because you have edited your products with Brizy. To add a Brizy design to your products, you normally add a Brizy Product Template (and not edit products using Brizy)

  If you would like to add Product Descriptions, you will need to bring your products back to Gutenberg. Please watch this video for the procedure to convert Brizy products to Gutenberg products. https://jmp.sh/i0tBbznb
