Add max/min width/height controls on Block and some elements

In many cases, it is very important to have an agile and dynamic way, via Page Builder, to apply the max-width, min-width, `max-height` and `min-height` CSS properties, in addition to the normal `width` and `height`.

Another thing would be to choose the unit type between `px`, `%`, `vw` for width and `vh` for height.

This would greatly avoid using custom CSS. This in turn is not reflected in real-time in Page Builder, and does not give us adequate visual feedback.

  I think this is within the scope of the blocks and in my previous request I deal with issues related to the Project/Site.

  I don't see it as a set of the same species

  Can you elaborate a bit more about how you would use max-width, min-width etc in a design? Let's say it is possible to set the max-width to a percentage. How and when would you use this feature when designing a page? If you have a sample page design (using any builder) where these properties are being used, please share it.
