SMTP error
Hey!
So I set up the brizy form with SMTP mail. I receive the emails and everything goes trough fine, although every single time an error message is exposed to users, that the message didn't go trough.
My friend sent me this -
{"success":false,"data":{"code":400,"message":"SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: valdas@domanai.lt: <wordpress@domanai.lt>: Sender address rejected: not owned by user valdas@domanai.lt\r\n"
and says that I have mistyped something somewhere - the email wordpress@domanai.lt doesn't exist ant I haven't typed it anywhere.
Could you please have a look at this issue ASAP, because this is the main CTA on the page and in case somebody will try to fill it in - the WEB will look very unprofessional.

Hi Valdas,
I used my email address to test out your form. There was no email sent to me. My assessment is that your website's form email notification is not functioning. Are you certain that you received email notifications after filling out the form?

Yes, I'm 100% sure about it. Every single time I filled out the form, I've received an email.

Hi Valdas,
Since I am unable to receive emails through the SMTP option, I can't verify the SMTP authentication credentials, and cannot contact Hostinger support to verify the SMTP details, I would like to make the form work with either the WordPress or the Gmail option. Is this Ok with you?

It is working and it would be best to receive the information straight to email, so I could spot it and react to it ASAP.
So the issue is that the popup after submitting form is putting out an error for users. I believe it is possible to solve this issue and I would love to get it done.
Please, try to delve deeper into roots of this issue ant try to solve it instead of offering a solution, that I could apply myself within minutes..

Hi Valdas,
You have mentioned "it would be best to receive the information straight to email, so I could spot it and react to it ASAP" Does this mean that you are not receiving emails in your email address every time you fill up the form? I am confused because earlier you said
Yes, I'm 100% sure about it. Every single time I filled out the form, I've received an email.
Please confirm if you are receiving email notifications in your email address or not.
Delving deep into the issue is not easy for us as you have the authentication credentials to the Hostinger SMTP server and we do not have access to their support to confirm details either. Hence I suggested trying the other two options. Do you have a preference for the SMTP option?

I receive emails trough SMTP, but when end user fills in the form - he/she receives an error message in the site and thinks that the message didn't go trough.
Gmail or Wordpress leeds site - are not an options for me.
What kind of additional information do you need to eliminate this issue?

Hi Valdas,
I need to verify that your SMTP authentication and protocol are right. Please follow the procedure in this video to verify it. https://jmp.sh/29xEOBcv Once you receive the test email, please take a screenshot of it and add it here.
You said. "Gmail or Wordpress leeds site " I'm sorry; could not understand this point. Can you please explain this in more detail?
