  Are you serious??? Were you not able to look at my link and realize i had done all this? Is this official support? I purchased the pro version and have used on s couple other sites but now the free won't install, the pro version will but it won't work without the free. I installed pro just to see if it would install and it does. I uninstalled it the attempted to install the free from the plug in store, it failed so i downloaded the free zip to my computer and tried to upload from pc but same issue.

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request.
