Page needs refresh

Hello. This ERROR appears.
Im the only one who use this site. Im the only user.
I cleaned all the cache, no other tab open and restart the computer.
Brizy free 2.4.14
Brizy Pro 2.4.13

Click in refresh several times. Still the error. 
How can I resolve this?
