Email is not being sent from the form.

Hello, I'm using a form as printed in the attachment. And the send message says it has not been sent. I confirmed in the shipping emails and it really isn't. It also didn't end up in the spam box.

  Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.14 and Brizy Pro 2.4.13?
