Brizy support notifications
Hi! Quick question... I used to receive email notifications whether I go a reply to a support ticket but for the last I didn't receive anything. So I just logged in to the support center to check if there was a reply. But I would like to activate those emails again. Could you please point me on the right direction for how to do that? Hi Sofia,
The Follow/Unfollow button to the right of the Community Post title lets you know if you are subscribed to email notifications from the specific Community Forum Post. By default, you should be subscribed to email notifications.
- It you see 'Unfollow' it means you have subscribed to email notifications
- If you see 'Follow' it implies that you are not subscribed to email notifications and you can click on the button to subscribe.

Hi KC! I found what it was. I actually received notifications on an old email address. Could you update all my communications to go to patio............@gmail.com if possible please? Thank you so much!

Hi Sofia,
Looks like two email address are associated with your brizy.io account. Go to https://support.brizy.io/ and logout from your present account and sign in using the email patio..........@gmail.com. Please let me know if you are able to sign in.

Yes, I've been using patiowebdesign@gmail.com to login. I just did that, logged out and then back in with this email :) however, the notifications are going to an old email address.
