Starter Template not installing

Hello there! i've start a new website www.ctfmedical.it/WIP

- fresh new latest wordpress installation
- latest brizy and brizy pro version
- latest php version (8.x)
- blocksy theme in use
- all plugins (except for brizy) deactivated

impossibile to install "wellness" starter template. This is the error:

"Something went wrong. Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn’t do it. Please contact us."

i can send you an access to my dashboard as usual :)

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?
