Brizy WP plugin

If I buy the WP plugin, could I use it to practice with it in my computer locally without using it to make a site for a particular domain? In other words, use it without hosting a site. Just use it on my computer using LOCAL to learn until I am ready to buy a domain and create my actual site?

  Yes, you can purchase the Brizy plugin and work in it, without hosting a site. You can create many pages but you will not publish them. I'm suggesting first trying the free Brizy plugin version, then if you will like it you can buy the Pro version.
