Brizy Cloud Agency, delete client, error with different account, old layout on cloud page
But since he is still in my clients list (in my dashboard), when he logs into his account and tries to goes to his brizy, he straight comes over to my backend. I cannot delete his email out of my backend account.
So, when he logs in, he comes to a brizy dashboard seing his homepage. This would be the end goal.

Hi Robin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To move a project from your workspace to the user's workspace, please follow these steps:
1. Send an invitation to "kontakt@haus-am-see-chorin.de" for the specific workspace you want to transfer - you can do this by accessing the workspace settings through this link: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360036481071
2. Once the invitation is accepted, kindly ask your client ("kontakt@haus-am-see-chorin.de") to save all layouts as saved layouts within their workspace.
3. Next, request your client to create a new project and add all the saved layouts to that project.
4. After confirming that everything is in order, we will proceed to detach the "kontakt@haus-am-see-chorin.de" account from your account.
Regarding moving "samiraminz.de" into the new layout, we regret to inform you that there is no faster way to accomplish this. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
Thanks for your answer but I think there is still a misunderstanding on what I try to accomplish or I did not explain it well enough.
haus-am-see-chorin.de is a client page I built in my agency account.
The owner wants his own account in brizy (with brizy branding).
Therefore, he bought and paid for his own account with the email kontakt@haus-am-see-chorin.de
When he logs into the account and clicks on the button, go to brizy cloud, he comes to a cloud workspace, I cannot access (probably because he paid for it) but still is in my agency branding. (probably because he used the same email as is in my agency account).
Also, as I am aware, I am not able to transfer a page from one brizy account to another (or in my case from my agency account to a normal brizy account). I can just move sites in subaccounts which are under my agency branding... --> as you correctly described above. But this is not what I try to do...
I hope it is clear now what I need you to do and where you can help me.Thanks in advance and if you need any further clearifying, please let me know.

Hi Robin,
Thank you for the update.
I understand that you wanted to move your client's website “haus-am-see-chorin.de” into his own paid subscription under “kontakt@haus-am-see-chorin.de”.
The steps in my previous reply should allow your client to move his website into his new account and manage it on his own.
After your client created a new project within his new account and imported the layouts, then we can detach his email address from your account, so he won't have access to your projects.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
