The drag and drop icon has a height of 0px and don't show
The icons are not visible. If you insert an icon element on a page, the container has a width and height of 0px and doesn't allow changing the icon. By cheating and changing the height and width of the element using the Google Chrome inspector, I can select the icon. However, the icons are still not visible. What could be happening? The browser's error console does not provide any information.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the issue as described. This is likely due to a conflict. Please try the following steps and see if they will help:
1. Please update Brizy and Brizy Pro to the most recent versions – https://i.imgur.com/eHhSGZY.png
2. Also check that you have PHP v8.0 or higher on your server
3. If this didn't help, try deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
4. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.
5. If, by any chance, you have any embedded code on the template or page, try to temporarily remove it and see if this makes any difference. Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi,
Thank you for your quick response and suggestions for troubleshooting the issue I am experiencing with the icons. I wish to inform you that:
1. I am already running the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.
2. Regarding PHP, I am using version 8.0.29 (php-fpm) on my server.
3. I have followed your advice and deactivated all plugins on my WordPress installation except for Brizy and Brizy Pro, but the problem persists.
4. I have also tried temporarily changing the theme, but this has not resolved the issue either.
5. There isn't any embedded code.I am a bit at a loss as I don't know what else I can do to resolve this issue. Could you provide further assistance or suggest any other method to troubleshoot this problem?
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards

Hi,
My apologies for the delayed response.
We're still looking into this issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce it on my end, so I assume that there is something in your server settings that is causing this issue.
To troubleshoot this further, could you please try updating the ".htaccess" file to the WordPress default and see if it resolves the problem? This step might help us identify if the issue is related to any custom rules in your server.
Otherwise, please also provide us temporary access to FTP, so we can further check this issue. You may add the FTP credentials in the email you sent to communitysupport@brizy.io
I am looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
