I can't delete "FIELDS Rich Text" - ACF Cloud

I've deleted all the information in the Field but still can't delete it. you can see that Field 1 can be deleted when I empty it but field 2 always has an error message "You cannot delete this item. It is referenced in: /collection_type_fields/id_XXXXXX"

  Hi Vantrinh,

  You can delete a custom asset field only after deleting all content added to the custom asset. For example, if you have added a Restaurant Custom Asset and have added 5 restaurants, first delete all 5 restaurants and then you can delete the fields added to the Restaurant asset. 

  We have added this safeguard to prevent accidental deleting of all content associated with a Custom Asset.

  You don't watch the video? I know what you say. I deleted all the content but the field can't be deleted.
  Only the rich text field has this error.

  You have a "field rich text". If you add content for fileld (and saved).
  Now you cannot delete "Field rich text". I have checked many times

  I deleted the post following your instructions and now I can delete the "field rich text".

  However, here is a tip while fix bug.

  If I have many posts (a blog with 100 posts) and I have to delete them all ?
  Other input fields not cause this error. This also appeared in a recent update (I don't know since when but it didn't have this error before)

  Oh, I tried the switch button for ACF Brizycloud, and now I have no way to remove it. The same error occurs again. All buttons are set to off state.
  Can't you fix this?
