    Hi Alexey,

I am creating a private ticket for you. In the ticket we will give you an option to upgrade your legacy Personal WP plan to current Freelancer WP plan. Please look for an email notification from support@brizy.io and we will keep in contact you through email.

    Hi!

I don't understand why I need to buy a license as a new one (albeit with a promo code), instead of just paying the difference between the cost of the plans. It's standard practice!

    Hi Alexey,

You are right;  it is a standard practice to offer an upgrade price. However, due to recent changes, we are unable to provide an exact upgrade price. Instead, we're offering a discounted pricing that's close to the upgrade price. Allow me to explain.

You purchased the Brizy WP Personal plan before we revised our pricing. With our payment processor Paddle, we had set up an automatic mechanism to calculate the price difference and give you an exact upgrade price. As a result, if you upgraded to the Freelancer plan prior to the recent price revisions, you would have had to pay the difference in price to upgrade.

In addition to changing our pricing, we also switched from Paddle to Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe is being used to process all new purchases. Because of the new pricing plans and a new payment processor, automated upgrade price calculations are no longer possible.

Hence instead of providing an actual upgrade price, we now offer a few discount codes. We offer one of the available discount coupons at a price that is close to the actual upgrade price.

If you have more questions, please get back to us.

Only with an additional payment to a higher plan, I would pay about $ 30, and now with a promo code - as much as $ 81! Do you feel the difference? No, I'm not interested anymore, thank you. This is disrespectful to the client

    Hi

Error - Sorry, this license is already activated on another domain
I have 25 sites. Why such a mistake???

Oh, I see. One site - one license. I thought that one for all sites.

    Hi Alexey,

Yes; each license is assigned to a domain. You can generate and use up to 25 licenses in your account.

You can also de-link a license from a domain and add it to another. Click on the 'Disable' option next to a license to delink it from the domain.
