Brizy doesn't work

Hello,
1. my brizy no longer works. It is not loaded for editing.
2. I would like to change the license to another domain. Is this possible? If yes how?

  Hi Martina,

  Do you see an error when trying to use Brizy? Please let us know what happens when you try to use Brizy. Please send screenshots whenever possible.

  Brizy Pro licenses can be transferred from one domain to another. Please sign into your brizy.io account. Under the 'WP Licenses' tab click on 'Disable' next to the license you want to transfer. This detaches the license from the domain. You may now use the license on another domain.

  YES I HAD THIS happen. It does not load until you open a template. So i can't work on it. I can only open a template. WHY WON'T BRIZY WORK NOW? YOU HAVE A BIG PROBLEM.

  Please make a full backup of your website as a precaution.

  Meanwhile, this could be due to an incompatibility between Brizy and a plugin or your theme.

  You can identify the conflicting software by:

  1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
  2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.

  In addition, please ensure that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.
  (Brizy Version 2.4.24 and Brizy Pro Version 2.4.23)
