css stylesheet missing installation failed

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.

 

That's the error message. There are no zipped files within the zipped theme file. It's ridiculous. (the posts suggested that for this error) 
Not getting a message back from my email either so I'm posting here to see if I get results. If not, I will just get a refund and find a different theme.

  Hi,

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?
