Email form saying "Email Not Sent" but email is going through
I have set up the email form and my emails are going through. The issue that I am trying to solve is that when a user sends a message they are shown whatever message I put in the "Error" custom text box. Of course I could just put a message that tells the user the message was sent successfully but the core issue is that the textbox is red which normally indicates an error. Is there anything I can do about this? I am guessing that the background of the message sent successfully is something other than red.
I am using the WordPress App for my email sending, again the emails are working fine.

So I was able to solve this issue, I think the problem was that I was hooked up to both WordPress email integration as well as Gmail integration. I was unable to find a way to unlink my integrations with one of those platforms, but I ended up just duplicating the email form, and then that disconnected both integrations. From there I just connected the WordPress email integration and its working fine now.
I would recommend a button to disconnect an email integration to be implemented.0 -
