Contact Form Won't Work

For some reason when I try to set up my contact form, it looks like it works, but when I go to the live site to test it, I get an error message saying it wasn't sent. Please help me!

  Please make sure you set everything up correctly. Could you please send us a URL link where we could check this problem?
