.htaccess code

Hello! I launched a website www.canadiancanine.ca recently for my client.  He also has www.canadiancanine.com, there's a database and form that he's not ready to move over yet and his current provider has asked me to provide an .htaccess code so they can create a root file redirect.  Is this possible and is there information on how I can get that? Thanks a bunch!

  Hi Stephanie,

  .htaccess file is associated with WordPress websites. Your URL https://www.canadiancanine.ca/ appears hosted with the Brizy Cloud. Brizy Cloud websites do not come with a .htaccess file.

  You have mentioned that "there's a database and form that he's not ready to move over yet". Are they thinking to redirect all pages other than the database page and the form page to https://www.canadiancanine.ca/? 

  You said "his current provider has asked me to provide .htaccess code so they can create a root file redirect.". the https://www.canadiancanine.com/ appears hosted with https://www.crocweb.com/. It is unclear what CrocWeb needs from you. Please check with CrocWeb what information do they need from you to setup the .htaccess redirect. You can probably share with them the new website sitemap. https://www.canadiancanine.ca/sitemap.xml
