    To process the refund I need your order ID, please send us. Could you please tell us why you want a refund, and what you didn't like about Brizy? Do you have any recommendations for Brizy team?

    Hello Nelea I have actually got the refund now so that’s all dealt with thank you. I actually found it a little difficult to find my way around it and could only find old outdated YouTube tutorials that didn’t really help enough I would have persevered with it and got the hang of it eventually but the real deal breaker was when I noticed no option to change the page width by absolute pixels, the only options available are Small, Medium or Full width and this is really not precise enough and very limiting for the overall design with screens commonly being much larger or wider these days. This feature has been in all other WordPress page or theme builders that I have used so is very strange and a shame that it is not an option in Brizy. Regards Darren SPAM"

    Subject: Follow-Up on Refund Request – Urgent Response Required 

    Hello Brizy Team, 

    I submitted a refund request on June 20th, 2025 , I have not received any response. I am following up one final time before I escalate this matter. 

    If I do not receive a resolution within 3 business days, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General’s Office for failure to respond to a refund claim. 

    Please acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm the refund status.

     PS: I was never able to log in due to your inapt password security feature, and i never received an email with confirmation and receipt. Not a good way to start.
