Website not showing up with validated CNAME and A Record Redirect.

Hi Brizy Team, I was able to fix the CNAME and A Record DNS issues via the hosting company for one of my site (www.iloveneutra.com) after their recent sever upgrade.

However, the actual site is not showing up, instead it states "Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE".

Kindly advice how I can resolve this in your soonest.

  Hi Chai,

  Please delete your custom domain, add it again and wait for half an hour to generate the SSL certificate for your domain.

  I am also having the same issue with my website https://www.prosperfoundation.org.pk and even after deleting and installing back has not solved my issue. CNAME and A record both are green

  Hi Zahid,

  In addition to the A record that you added, the domain name has a AAAA record.  Kindly sign into your domain registrar account and delete the AAAA record with the IP 2a07:7800::178

  

   

  Then either get back to us to install the SSL certificate or as mentioned above, delete the custom domain, add it again and wait for 20 minutes for the SSL to be autogenerated.
