Slider editing

Hi, I have created a slider but now when I want to edit it I cannot see the edit button.

See screen grab.See arrow, I cannot edit

  Just to add I have tried changing the theme and disabling all plugins.

  Hi,

   We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request.
