License purchased, update not possible

I get the following error message after installing the PRO plugin: Brizy PRO requires Brizy Free 2.4.14 or newer. BRIZY PRO IS NOT RUNNING.

I just purchased a license key, but now I can not use Brizy. This is very annoying. The required update of the Brizy plugin is not available at all. I would like to update the plugin version. But there is no update available for the installed versions 2.4.13. How should I get to a higher version of Brizy Free? The existing plugin cannot be updated.

How can the problem be solved?

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please share with us the current Brizy and Brizy Pro version numbers?

  

  Brizy Pro 2.4.13 requires Brizy 2.4.14. If you do not see an update notification for Brizy, please deactivate and delete Brizy and reinstall it from the WordPress plugins repository.

  If I deactivate and uninstall the plugin Brizy, presumably the existing content will be lost, right? This should not happen in any case.

  Hi,

  If you disable and remove the Brizy plugin, the website's content won't be lost. Please don't worry, you will not lose anything. In order to add the license you need to update the Brizy Free plugin to the latest version 2.4.14.
