error creating a block link. The element crashes. (not the first time this happens)

I have a simple one page site and trying to get the link to a block to work. The element just crashes.  This is the third  site this happens too. I can provide you with the site link..

  Please describe the error you are having after you add the link. Can you please send us a video recording so we could reproduce this error? 

  Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.14 and Brizy Pro 2.4.13?

  Sorry for the delay .. here is the login info.. and can you please exlain how to avoid this ? Last time we got the solution that the block was set to global. This time we made sure it wasn’t and it still crashes. Site: (Deleted by Brizy team)
