Updating Brizy & Brizy Pro Breaks the Site

Today I updated Brizy from v2.4.13 to v2.4.14 and Brizy Pro from 2.4.12 to 2.4.13 and the site broke, no styles just plain html. Same thing with every Brizy update. Finally the backup saved the day.

When this is going to end? Is there a special way to update the plug-ins?

  Hi Aslam,

  We are sorry for the inconvenience with the update to Brizy 2.4.14 and Brizy Pro 2.4.13. One user in the Brizy Facebook community faced issues with the theme header after updating to latest Brizy releases. Apart from this, the most recent release appears to have gone well for majority of customers.

  Things to keep in mind while updating

  • Take a backup of your website before updating Brizy plugins
  • Do no update until Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins have a newer version available
  • Update Brizy first and then Brizy Pro
  • If you see any issue after update, try opening one of the pages in Brizy editor, save the page by clicking on 'Update' button and see if the issue resolves.

  Same issue here for our site. Updated to Brizy 2.4.14 and have Brizy Pro 2.4.13. The entire site broke. Things display incorrectly, and buttons missing. It's an absolute mess. We've reached out to support twice, and all we received was, "you have to update the plugin so we can see the issue." Sorry, but we can't run with a broken site and wait for your response 12 hours later. We need immediate support as we are paying customers. I've tried all of your suggestions above, and nothing works. We have rolled back to 2.3.28, but are unable to use our paid features and our site is limited and buggy. We are not happy at all.   I just checked the message that you sent to support and we have only one message which we received 8 days ago. Please see here.  I'm sorry, but I didn't find any message from you posted in the last 12 hours.

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?
