Cloud - Export HTML - contact form sender
Hi, I exported the HTML files and uploaded them to my web space.
I tried the contact form: the email is regularly sent and received.
The problem is that the the sender is: <notifications@brizy.cloud>
How can I set the email with the domain name?

Hi
At the moment, there is no provision to set the From Email address for the Email Notifications sent out from a Brizy Cloud Form. If this is important for you, you may need to embed a third party form like Elfsight

When are you going to add a provision to set the From Email address for the Email Notifications sent out from the Brizy Cloud Form?

Hi Craig,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to inform you that there has been no progress in the implementation of this feature. However, please be assured that your request is actively being worked on.
We understand the importance of having the ability to customize the From Email address for Email Notifications, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We kindly ask for your patience as we continue to work on resolving this matter.
Best regards,

Any progress on setting the "from" email address for the Cloud Contact Form? The notification email still shows that it was sent from <notifications@brizy.cloud>

Hi Craig,
Thank you for following up on this.
We have already addressed this issue; however, I regret to inform you that this feature is only available in the White Label plan.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Best regards,

I bought the LTS package about 4 years ago which included the WordPress Pro plugin and Cloud. The WordPress plugin has white label capabilities. Why doesn't Cloud have those capabilities also?

Also, setting an from email address for the notification email is very basic functionality that should be included in all plans. Why was that decision made?

Hi Craig,
Thank you for the update.
During that time, White Label functionality was not yet offered for Brizy Cloud, and the plan available at that time was Brizy Cloud Studio.
Regarding the use of custom email addresses in email notifications, this feature is currently available for White Label plans in Brizy Cloud.
Best regards,

Hi, I have a WL plan, but if I use the FORM module I don't understand where I can use the custom email address.
If I use the form in the project, the email always comes from the domain where the WL is present.
This way I cannot put the form on the websites sold to my customers!
This is because if I put a form on the website "www. website01 . com" the email must come from "website01 .com" and not from my WhiteLabel site!

Hi Craig and Elegant Themes,
Notification 'From Email' address settings in Brizy Cloud are made at the builder level rather than at the project level at the moment. Therefore, at the builder level, whitelabel builders have the option to choose a different From Email address. However, configuring the From Email address at the project level is not possible both in the whitelabel builder and in Brizy Cloud.
We have added this as a Feature Request. However we have not yet begun development of this feature.

I still do not understand. I have a White Label plan where I build websites to sell to my clients... websites that I publish on their domains via the "Custom Domain" feature.
It is embarrassing that visitors to various client websites receive an email with the sender notifications@brizy.cloud (or notification@mydomainwhitelabel.com for those using the White Label plan) instead of receiving it from the website they are visiting.
It is also ridiculous that the owner of the website, once he receives the email sent from his website, if he clicks on "reply" the response is addressed to notifications@brizy.cloud and not to the email of the user who sent the request (my client will then have to manually type the reply address).0 -
Hi
Would email notifications be sent to visitors of various client websites? As I understand, your clients will be notified via email each time a form is filled up on their websites. Would your clients be surprised if they saw a notification from notification@whitelabeldomain.com?
I agree that it is inconvenient to type the user email address when replying. We have a feature request to add a 'Reply To' field in the Email Notifications settings.

2 hours ago you stated that the notification 'From' email address settings in Brizy Cloud is done at the builder level rather than the project level. The 'From' email address settings need to be done at the project level.
When a notification email is sent in response to a form submission, it should appear that it comes from the project domain. When a website is built for a client, the client should see the notification email as coming from notification@clientdomain.com rather than notification@whitelabeldomain.com or notification@brizy.cloud

Hi Craig,
I agree with you. It makes sense to send the notification from notification@clientdomain.com rather than notification@whitelabeldomain.com or notification@brizy.cloud. We have added a Feature Request to make this change. It is still in the pipeline.
