Menu issues

Hi, I'm having trouble with my wordpress editing. I have created a website using Brizy builder and Architekt theme. However, I see that something is internally wrong with the menu. When I tried to edit the menu via wp appearance dashboard, I realized that the whole appearance dashboard is simply not functioning and the menu section is missing all together. I am realizing also that the wordpress editor is simply not functioning anymore. In other words, I can't even see the code to edit it that way. I'm looking for help in this issue. Thank you.

  The theme you're using might be the cause of this problem. Can you please switch to any of these recommended themes  https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners, then check if the issue still appears?
