How to renew my subscription

I do not see an option to renew my subscription. Please confirm the process.

Your subscription is on auto-renew, if you need to cancel the subscription then you should access the Brizy account - Payments - Request Cancellation. If you don't click on the Request Cancellation then the subscription to the plan will renew automatically.
The problem in your case is that the payment for the plans was not processed because the payment card expired.
