Cannot Access WP-Admin after editing with Brizy

I migrated my site to a new server, I updated all of the URLs and everything was working fine. The front end of the webpage works perfectly.

I attempted to create and edit a new page with brizy and I got "Something went wrong" error message and now I am unable to access the wp-admin. I can login fine but when I try to go to the admin panel it just redirects over and over to wp-admin and then throws a too many redirects error.

I have tried the following

• deleting the brizy plugin
• reinstalling the brizy plugin from a fresh download
• modifying the wp-config and .htaccess files to make sure HTTPS and site url were configured correction.
• Removed all plugins
• Removed all themes
• Updated PHP

After all of that I am still locked out of the admin panel because of redirects.
