Brizy Wordpress Plugin - Can't publish/update changes on my pages

Good day 

Hope you are well and in good health,

I have been trying to adjust some changes on my site and nothing is updating - instead, I receive this error "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

Can you please assist
