Columns in rows

Do columns need to go in rows for positioning purposes (from desktop to tablet to mobile)?

  Hi Samuel,

  Are you asking if Column elements need to be placed within a Row element to make the content responsive? 

  Columns or Rows are equally good for making content responsive. It is easier to duplicate a Row. While you can set width for a Row, you cannot set width for columns. Otherwise Columns and Rows are quite similar in its function.

  A Row element contains few columns. You can add a Column within a Row and Row within a column.
